——Operation process
The feed liquid and extractant enter the mixing chamber through separate feed inlet, the mixed mass transfer is realized by stirring, it enters the clarifying chamber through the overflow baffle, the natural separation is realized by gravity. Finally, they enter into different outlets and the extraction process is completed. In the practical production, the extraction tank is generally connected in plural serial stage, and many sections such as reverse extraction section, washing section, and regeneration section, etc. were setup.
——Particular features
- Each mixing chamber is equipped with an independent motor with adjustable-speed on the top, which controls the mixing degree of material.
- The equipment can be made of borosilicate glass (gg-17), stainless steel S304, S 316L or PP/PE.
- Simple mechanical structure & relatively low height
- Flexible design of the time of mixing and phase separatio
- Flexible adaptation of geometries for different throughput and operating conditions
- Insensitive toward suspended solids
- PH controlled extraction(adjust the PH by stage)
- After feed interruption the concentration profile in each step is still stable.
